Emily is a recent graduate of Tufts University where she received her BA in International Relations with a concentration in Public Health and Nutrition. She recently completed a senior honors thesis examining the food environment in the Latino community in East Somerville, MA. In the past year Emily worked as a Research Assistant for the Center for Studies of Sensory Impairment, Aging and Metabolism in Guatemala and as a Project Assistant for the International Nutrition Foundation in Boston. She is currently working as a Research Assistant at the New Balance Foundation Obesity Prevention Center at Boston Children’s Hospital
